We’re the team behind Jellybean Photobooth, a Yorkshire-based photobooth company that’s been capturing weddings and events since 2016. Over the years we’ve photographed hundreds of thousands of guests, and behind the scenes we’ve built up plenty of experience in securely storing, hosting and delivering those photos through our own online galleries. When we started seeing more and more QR-code photo upload services appearing – often with subscriptions, upgrades and surprisingly hefty price tags – we realised we already had much of the technology, storage and knowledge needed to do things a little differently.

So, we built WedUpload from the ground up, using the experience and infrastructure we’ve developed through Jellybean Photobooth. The idea was deliberately simple: give people an easy place for their wedding or event guests to upload their photos, put them all together in one gallery, and make it really easy to view and download them afterwards. That’s it. No unnecessary gimmicks, no confusing packages, no free trial that suddenly turns into a subscription and no hidden extras waiting at the checkout. Just one straightforward price for simple photo storage and an easy-to-use service.

And importantly, there’s actually a team behind WedUpload. We’re not a faceless online platform where your only option when something goes wrong is talking to a chatbot or filling in a support form and hoping for the best. WedUpload is run by our team here in Yorkshire, with dedicated customer support from people who actually know the platform. If you need some help, we’re here.
